Who we are

What the application asks for

The questionnaire collects: your name, age, city, and optionally your Instagram handle; your height and bodyweight; your one-rep maxes for squat, deadlift and bench, and optionally overhead press; your maximum unbroken push-ups and pull-ups; your 50-cal assault bike time, and optionally 2k row and 5k run times; your primary discipline, years training, competition history if you give it, and whether you can travel.

Taken together these describe your physical condition. We ask for them for one reason: working weights on the day are scaled from your own numbers, and we cannot scale a circuit for someone we know nothing about.

Where your answers go

Nowhere, until you send them. The questionnaire runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are held in that browser tab and are never transmitted to us while you fill it in — there is no account, no upload, and no copy on our servers.

At the end, the questionnaire assembles your answers into a message and hands it to you. You send that message to our casting team over WhatsApp yourself. We do not send it for you, and nothing leaves your device until you tap send.

Once you have sent it, the conversation lives in WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms and encryption, and in our casting team's phone. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, the same screen offers you the message to copy and send however you prefer.

How long we keep it

Your part-finished answers sit in your own browser's session storage so that a refresh does not lose your progress. They are cleared when you send the message, and in any case when you close the tab. We never hold them.

Messages you send to casting are kept for as long as we are considering your application and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.

Cookies

None. The site sets no cookies at all — no session cookie, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers.

The only thing stored on your device is your own part-finished application, in your browser's session storage, which we cannot read.

Age

You must be 18 or over to apply. The form enforces this and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone younger.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion is straightforward here because there is very little to delete — tell us and it goes.

You can also withdraw from the process at any point, including after sending your questionnaire, and we will remove what we hold.

Changes

If we change what we collect or where it goes, this page changes in the same release. It is not a document we update quarterly and hope nobody notices.
